Who we are. This site is operated by Gotobrokers.com Ltd. o/a Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Office Gotobrokers, 4816 50th Ave, Leduc, AB T9E 6X9. Home valuations are provided by Keith Lopushinsky, REALTOR®, RE/MAX Real Estate, Edmonton.
What we collect. Only what you submit: name, email, phone, property location, approximate price or value, down payment, employment type and, for valuations, address and property type. We do not collect SINs, dates of birth, government ID numbers, banking or credit information through this website.
How we use it. To review your request, generate an instant basic estimate, contact you, send a welcome email, document checklist and required compliance disclosures, and to provide mortgage and real estate services you request. With your consent we may share it with lenders, insurers and our licensed partners solely to provide those services.
Consent & withdrawal. You may withdraw consent to electronic messages at any time (CASL) by unsubscribing, replying STOP or emailing Mortgages@gotobrokers.com.
Retention & security. Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal/regulatory requirements, and is protected with reasonable safeguards. This site uses no advertising cookies.
